Salary:

• Pastry Chef: Up to 1700 SAR + Food
• Commis Hot: Up to 1600 SAR + Food
• Commis Cold: Up to 1600 SAR + Food
• Waiter: Up to 1200 SAR + Food
• Steward: Up to 1600 SAR + Food

Job Descriptions:

1. Pastry Chef:
   • Prepare a variety of baked goods such as cakes, pastries, and breads.
   • Ensure high quality and presentation standards are met.
   • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
2. Commis Hot:
   • Assist in the preparation of hot food items according to the menu.
   • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
   • Follow safety and sanitation standards in food preparation.
3. Commis Cold:
   • Assist in the preparation of cold dishes like salads, appetizers, and desserts.
   • Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used.
   • Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety protocols.
4. Waiter:
   • Greet customers and take orders in a professional manner.
   • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
   • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and assist in clearing tables.
5. Steward:
   • Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
   • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
   • Ensure proper storage of cleaned items and maintain sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in both English and Arabic.
