Job Title: Planning Engineer  – Construction

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), processing subcontractor bills, and planning material and manpower requirements according to project specifications. This role will ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for construction projects.
• Process subcontractor bills and track payments.
• Plan and assess material and manpower requirements based on project specifications.
• Conduct cost analysis and control measures to ensure the project remains within budget.
• Assist in managing project costs and financial documentation.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure all requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, material planning, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: 3,000 AED
• Housing Allowance: 1,000 AED
• Food Allowance: 500 AED
