Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and coordinate all documents related to ongoing projects within our department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient organization and tracking of project documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain documents for ongoing projects.
Coordinate the distribution and retrieval of documents to and from various departments.
Ensure that all documents are properly filed and archived for easy access.
Monitor and track document revisions and updates.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Ensure all documents comply with company standards and project requirements.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.
Previous experience in document control or administration is preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: 1,600 – 1,800 AED
Food Allowance: 400 AED
