Key Responsibilities:

Presentation and Aesthetics:
Ensure that all desserts and pastries are beautifully presented and meet the establishment’s aesthetic standards.
Experiment with innovative plating techniques to enhance the visual appeal of the final product.
Kitchen Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the pastry section, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
Train and supervise junior staff and pastry assistants, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Quality Control:
Maintain consistency and quality across all pastry offerings by adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
Conduct regular tastings and adjust recipes as needed to ensure optimal flavor and texture.
Hygiene and Safety Compliance:

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role in a high-volume or fine-dining establishment.
Expertise in a wide variety of pastry techniques, including doughs, creams, chocolates, and sugar work.

Solid understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
